All orders are shipped via reliable carriers with tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to the custom nature of DTF prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to providing high-quality service every time.
